1. 7-Day Gratuity Period
In accordance with the Consumer Protection Act, customers are entitled to a 7-day gratuity period starting from the day after the product is delivered.
Please Note: The gratuity period is NOT a trial period.
Returned items must be in brand-new condition with original, unopened packaging. This includes the main product, accessories, gifts, invoices, warranty cards, original packaging, and all accompanying documents.
If the product has been opened, used, or the warranty has been activated, its value may decrease. We reserve the right to charge a restoration fee or deduct the loss of value from your refund according to the law.
2. Product Information & Disclaimers
