Add/Remove Office Navigator Software and Re-Install |
After you have installed the Office Navigator software, the Office Navigator Icon will display on system tray. If you want to re-install the software for any reason, you must delete the Office Navigator software drivers from your system. Right-click the mouse button on the Office Navigator Icon and choose EXIT. Next, open the Control panel from the Start menu and then select (Add/Remove) to delete the Office Navigator software. This will remove the drivers from your system. Now you must restart your system and re-install the software drivers. Note: You must use this procedure if you want to upgrade your Office Navigator functions or the software does not work properly. |

The Office Navigator software is not working properly. |
The Hot Key functions do not work after installing the Office Navigator Software. Please make sure you have no other drivers installed for another brand of keyboard that uses Hot Key drivers. If so, you must un-install the other driver and then reinstall the Office Navigator Software to fix the problem. (see Q: Add/Remove Office Navigator Software and Re-Install) |

Why doesn't my EKB-804TP keyboard work with an extra mouse attached? |
The computer only recognizes one PS/2 or serial port mouse, though an extra USB mouse can be recognized. Detach the extra mouse to restore operation of the keyboard. |

I own a MCK-800 keyboard and I have two CD drives. How do I change the default drive to the D drive ? |
The MCK-800 keyboard does not support this feature, but our new model (EKB-804 PRO) does. However, you can change the CD-ROM drive's letter designation by first right-clicking the MY COMPUTER icon on the Windows desktop. Then, in the pop-up menu that appears, select PROPERTIES --> DEVICE MANAGER --> CD ROM. Double-click the CD ROM icon and choose the type of CD-ROM drive you have by double-clicking its icon. Choose SETTING, and at the bottom of the window, you can change the letter designation for your CD-ROM drive.

When the MCK-800 driver is installed, the hot keys work awkwardly or don't respond at all. |
There are two possible causes for this problem: First, the installed driver may not be the correct one. Make sure that the installed driver is the one for the MCK-800, not for the MCK-800A. Second, the driver may not have been properly installed. Below are the directions for first uninstalling the driver, and then for downloading a driver if you do not have ready access to its installer, and finally, for installing a new driver. To uninstall all the driver files: (1) First, close the driver by using the icon at the bottom right corner of the Windows desktop. (2) Go to START ¡÷ CONTROL PANELS ¡÷ ADD AND REMOVE. (3) In the window that appears, choose the previously installed driver that you wish to remove, and follow the on-screen instructions. (4) Go to Program Files and delete all the Media Key Files. (5) Reboot the computer before installing a new driver. To download and install new driver files: (1) Download the driver from this link: MCK-800 DRIVER.. You will need the CD key 21110103-006111. WARNING: Be sure that you have removed previously installed driver files before installing the new driver files. (2) Double-click the icon for the driver's installation program and follow the on-screen instructions. WARNING: Do not attempt to speed up the installation process by performing actions such as double-clicking on the screen, as this may cause the installation to fail. (3) Make sure that you reboot your computer after you install the new driver. The hotkeys will not work until you do so.

I cannot use the EKB-880 keyboard with my iMac. Do I need to install a driver? |
As the EKB-880 is a plug-and-play device, it does not require a driver. However, it only works with Mac OS 8.6 and higher, and requires USB 1.1 and higher. |
